Working hours can be recorded using the live tracking function using a stopwatch in the companion app.
A distinction is possible between working time, project time and break time.
After ending a working time block in live tracking, a service description can also be added.
As an alternative, the app of course also offers the option of manually recording work, project and break times.Period-related project recordingPeriod-related project recording is also possible within the app.
This means that working time blocks created can be divided across several projects.
It is not necessary to explicitly enter the start or end time for each project.Submit a vacation requestAlways keep an eye on your own vacation days: You can easily apply for half and full vacations in our companion app.
The app provides a quick overview of total vacation, vacation days already taken and remaining vacation.
Vacation days taken are automatically taken into account in the time recording and the target working hours for the month are adjusted accordingly.notification of illnessThe PASS Companion App also offers the option of submitting sick notes.
The employee can state whether they are sick themselves or are calling in sick due to a childs illness.
Both full and half sick days can be recorded in our app.
As with vacation days, entered sick days are automatically taken into account in the time recording.Export proof of performanceYou can easily save an overview of the working hours you have worked per month, including service descriptions, as an Excel file and forward it to superiors or payroll.
